Q's Creative Boutique ships via USPS to the all states with in the United States.
Our shipping costs are exactly what USPS charges. We don't charge a handling and processing fee. If we get a discount, it is passed on to our customers.
Shipping Policy :Q's Creative Boutique is not responsible for damaged or lost items during shipping. However, we will work out an arrangement that is suitable for all.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns on custom items. If an error was made by us, we will make it right. If an error was made by the customer, the item must be re-purchased. We can not resell personalized items. We will offer a discount at our discretion.
Delivery Times: Most custom items are processed 5-7 business days. With the exception of personalized pillowcases 1-3 business days.
